During my recent business trip to San Servolo Wellness Resort, I was genuinely impressed by the seamless blend of nature and modern luxury. Nestled among olive groves and holm oak forests, the views of the Adriatic Sea are nothing short of breathtaking, particularly during sunset. Our Junior Suite within the Villa Romantica featured elegant decor and offered the utmost comfort, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. The culinary offerings here deserve particular mention; the breakfast spread was vast and delicious, always a delight to start the day. For me, the highlight was undoubtedly the Wagyu steak at the Beer & Steakhouse, which was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with an extensive wine selection. My companion, a vegetarian, appreciated the creative options available, including grilled porcini mushrooms and a fresh salad bar. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the wellness center, complete with a heated pool and saunas, provided an ideal retreat after a busy day. The attentive staff truly enhanced the experience, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring our needs were met.
